PGY S List of Movies Watched From Decade to Decade From 1950-1960 - Page 4

All the films listed here were all produced during my life time, and all of them I have actually seen. My earliest screen memory is the image of Lee Van Cleef at the beginning of High Noon. A lot of these films reflect the taste of my parents, but their interest waned with the onset of television in late fifties.Anything here with subtitles I definitely did not see as a child. In about 1958 someone gave me a picturegoers annual , and I started reading about films for the first time, as well as watching them.Memories of some them are now extremely vague,but I know I saw them.Apart from the odd Audie Murphy western that I might have forgotten, with prompting from different lists this is about a complete list of films from those ten years that I have seen recently or in distant past.
