Petra Discography

Petra is an extremely formative Christian rock band that had both Christian and mainstream success (having won grammys and being inducted into the Hard Rock Cafe). Forming in 1972 and disbanding in 2006, they made a huge impact on many lives. The band has had a lot of member changes over the years with Bob Hartman being the only original link (though even he left for a period in the 90s, staying on as a writer and mixer). This list will include the bands II Guys From Petra (as the band name is in the title and Bob Hartman was a founding member while John Schlitt was the longest standing singer) Classic Petra (as they were a reunion of the 1985 lineup) and CPR band (as they are an offshoot of Classic Petra with some different members, very similar to ELO, ELO Part II, and The Orchestra).
I am not including Still Means War or the 40th Anniversary Collection because while they did contain a new song each, they are more best of collections.
