Peter J's Watchlist March 2022

Midterms took a toll on the amount of time available to watch films. This is the lowest monthly total posted in a while. Regardless, there were a number of worthwhile films viewed this month. The list starts with the first film I saw this month and ends with the last film I saw this month.
My 3 favorite films for the month:
1. Diary of a Country Priest (Robert Bresson, 1951)
2. Tie Xi Qu: West of the Tracks - Part 1: Rust (Wang Bing, 2003)
3. The Tree of Life (Terence Malick, 2011)
Honorable Mentions: Celine and Julie Go Boating (Jacques Rivette, 1974) and Mouchette (Robert Bresson, 1967)
