They bring a sense of dynamic energy to their interactions with others and the world around them. They assess situations quickly and move adeptly to respond to immediate problems with practical solutions.
ESTPs are bold, rational and practical, original, perceptive, direct and sociable. They can also be insensitive, impatient, risk-prone, unstructured, may miss the bigger picture and are defiant.
In the population, 4.3% of them are ESTPs. 5.6% of them are men while 3% of them are women.
