Over this year, the plan is to return to albums I have not heard in my collection even for years, as well as revisit those which I have been meaning to get to whether in LP or digital album form after downloading only a song or two from even nearly two decades ago I liked. The chances of getting through all of them is impossible within a year, but it is nice to return to everything fondly and hear those I knew in fragments in their intended form.
The best first listen from this month, to at least make sure that trademark of these lists is continued, is Stone Temple Pilots' Purple, and yes, Olly Murs is an odd figure in the middle of the Rammsteins and Carcasses here. Family wish me to buy songs for them or help them get their albums onto their music players, so why not appreciate tastes unlike your own once in a while?
