Movies can take a long time to make. With scheduling, rehearsing, planning shots, etc. On the other hand, there are movies that were fast to make.
I did not list any movies after 28 days. Everything I consider after that would be a month and a half. They're in no order.
Here are a few examples:
1) Russian Ark (2003) took half an hour to film
2) Blair Witch Project (1999) took 8 days
3) Before Sunset (2004) took 15 days
4) Halloween (1978) took 20 days
