Movies the Whole World* Has Seen

For the list, I tried to focus on movies that have pretty widespread popularity. No movies that critics say you "should" see that are/might be difficult to watch. So no Woody Allen flicks or subtitled foreign films. (It's fine if critics like it but they have to still be easily "watchable", i.e. "It's a Wonderful Life". And this is not an indictment of Allen or foreign film. I like some of his stuff and count some foreign films among my all-time favourites. But those aren't exactly summer blockbusters.)
