This is a list of shared universes in film. A shared universe is created when two or more distinct films or film series are shown to occupy the same fictional continuity, such as characters from separate movies coming together in one film.
The Mummy (2017) is supposed to start off Universal's new Dark Universe franchise, so it's included here even though there have been no follow-up films yet.
