Matthew Sheldon's Top 21 English Language Films of the 1990s

I grew up as a teen during the 90s and many of these films introduced me to the world of cinema. I find much nostalgia in these films. So much so in fact that I found it impossible to narrow the list down to 20. I couldn't make a decision which movie to remove so I just left it at 21. Deal with it.
