Markd9528's 400th Book Challenge

Hopefully you think this an appropriate challenge for this milestone; it consists of 40 books which have the digit '4' somewhere in the main title. Surprisingly, some quite popular and/or important books have made it onto the list, with a very topical book to start off the challenge.
BTW, I just made it into the Top 40 of Published List Users on the back of this 400th list in which I scored 4 points (at the time of publication)! Who says 4 is an unlucky number?
