Literature From 3000 B.C.E. to 1300 C.E.

While the title does say "literature", this specific category is mostly made up of very ancient epics and tales from incredibly ancient times, some of whom that are still quite known like Homer's "The Illiad" and "The Odyssey" and Sophocles' "Oedipus the King". Everything on this list is, more or less, the start of story telling that will eventually lead into the ever more ideas of literature as time will continue on after 1300 C.E. (current era).
