John V.'s Physical Only Books

Nowadays it's quite a simple task to find a digital back up of any book you can think of, well, almost any book. It seems there are still a few out there that have eluded the scanner so far and I'm fortunate enough to have some of them on my bookshelf. Note that these are most certainly not the only books on my bookshelf, just the ones that I haven't been able to track down a digital back up of (I'm not spending $15 on Amazon for just an ebook when I've already got the actual physical book in my hands). I doubt most people will have read many of the books on this list but all the ones I have read are certainly interesting enough to be worth picking them up if you happen to spot them in a book shop somewhere in the world.
