It Was the Best of Books, It Was the Worst of Books

A list of my favourite books by each of 100 authors, and also my least favourites by the same authors (odds are favourites, evens least).
But just because a book is my least enjoyed by a certain author, doesn't mean it was neccesarily bad. In fact, the overwhelming majority of the 'least' books, were ones I did also enjoy.
