So I can read horror, but I can't watch it. When I was in college my friends called me The Turtle, because I was always hiding. Yet I've read The Shining, Rosemary's Baby, House on Haunted Hill, Ring, Battle Royale, Carrie, Firestarter, Jaws, etc.
I would imagine other movies I've seen would count as horror (Roald Dahl's The Witches, Red Riding Hood, Hocus Pocus, etc) but I have trouble categorizing them as full horror. And even though I can't watch it, I like reading synopses.
