Ignatius Meany's Must Read Non-Fiction Books for Political Junkies
As we say in Australia, I'm a politics 'tragic'. I'm absorbed by political narratives, scandals, elections and political achievements. I love sports, but my Super Bowls are American and Australian elections. This list contains a spectrum of books, covering politics in countries including the US, Australia, the UK, Canada, France, Germany, Russia, China, India and the continent of Africa. It also contains some books that critique important institutions and issues such as the role of the media, climate change, national security, lobbying, the collapse of globalisation and the changing international geopolitical landscape.
