Goodreads TBR 2023 Part 2 - Page 5

Everything I added to GR in the latter half (july-dec) of 2023. The first half had 239, and I thought I was slowing down but it seems I continued at the EXACT same pace. This means I find/hear about 1.3 books a day that I want to read someday.
In 2015 my number was .7 books per day, although that year I made the account so I added everything that was in the back of my mind before I had GR.
2016-19 I found .03 books a day... so a little under a book per month.
2020 was .26 books a day so about a book every 4 days. 2021 around the same.
2022 I added 366 books which is a book every day.
I read 744 books the last 9 years, an avg of 82.6/year.
There are 1,280 books on my to-read currently. At this pace, with perfect discipline and not adding more (lol), it would take me 15.6 years to finish all of these books! So July 2038! However, my goodreads documents just about every book I've read since I was 13, which was 15 years ago, so it's possible
