Getting Out of Anorexia - Foods for the First Few Days

After having starved yourself for a longer time, your body might seem to reject all kind of ordinary food. Refeeding isn't impossible though! During the first few days, try to pick foods that are very easy to digest such as those in this list, and eat 6-12 small meals a day. If you tolerate the food, you can proceed to stage 2 (please check my related list).
