Foods With Places in Their Name

This is a list of foods (and more than a few drinks) that have locations in their names. Most of the names reflect the origins of the food. But a few received their name from other ways. The Waldorf Salad, for example was named after the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel which in turn had ties to Waldorf, Germany. Some of the names and their locations are only tied by entomological theories, some of which are contentious (see Jordan almonds). And some are just for fun and have zero relationship at all. Yes. I know there are no turkeys in Turkey.
I know most of you will check the box if you have eaten the listed food. And that's ok. But extra points if you reserve your checkmarks for foods that you have eaten while in the location listed. Have you ever had a Danish in Denmark, bisque on the Bay of Biscay, or maybe bologna in Bologna? Have you ever drank Darjeeling tea in Darjeeling, an iced mocha in Mokha or even a Manhattan in Manhattan?
