Films That Need a Legit Remake

A short list of movies I'd like to see Hollyweird give a legit cast and story. If given the opportunity they'd destroy anything like they've been doing. Heck couldn't even get a good Dredd remake. Anyways if given the chance to do well I believe these films could be brought back and done with modern technology.
