Films Playing in Cincinnati Theaters on 10/22/1990 - Page 2

I found some old newspapers in the basement. I've decided to occasionally make lists out of the movie ads in the papers. These are all the films listed as playing in Cincinnati, Ohio area movie theaters in the Monday October 22, 1990 edition of The Cincinnati Post. This includes all of the films in the second-run theaters and the art theaters as well as the first run theaters. This particular paper was no doubt saved because it was the first issue of The Cincinnati Post published after The Cincinnati Reds clinched the 1990 World Series on the night of Saturday, October 20th. The Post did not print a Sunday edition at the time - so all of the World Series wrap-up coverage was in this Monday edition. The "cover photo" for this list features Aidan Quinn and Elizabeth Perkins in Barry Levinson's neglected masterpiece, "Avalon."
