Rachel Anne McAdams (born 11/17/1978) is a Canadian actress. After studying theatre at York University she worked in Canadian TV and films like Perfect Pie (2002). In 2002, she made her Hollywood debut in The Hot Chick and rose to fame in 2004 with Mean Girls and The Notebook. In 2005, she starred in Wedding Crashers, Red Eye, and The Family Stone. She was hailed as Hollywood's new "it girl", and received a BAFTA nomination for Best Rising Star. After a sabbatical, she returned in 2009 in State of Play, The Time Traveler's Wife, and Sherlock Holmes. In 2010, McAdams appeared in the Morning Glory, and went on to star in Midnight in Paris (2011), The Vow (2012) and About Time (2013). In 2015, she portrayed the journalist in Spotlight and was nominated for the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. This was followed Doctor Strange (2016), Disobedience (2017), Game Night (2018) and Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga (2020). How many of her films have you seen???
