Top 10 films of each year (2000-2019), according to Film Comment.
In the list, I included only the top ten best films. In fact, of course, Film Comment selects more films each year.
If you want to know which film takes, for example, first place in the annual ranking, it will always be 1, 11, 21, ..., 131... film in the list and so on.
In 63rd place is the film "Army of Shadows" (1969). It's not a mistake. This is the restored version that was released in the US in 2006. The same applies to "Killer of Sheep" (1978).
