Gryffindor: They value bravery and daring. I figure they would mainly like exciting movies (action and adventure, and maybe also sports). Also, while Hufflepuff is more known for valuing friendship, it can also be found in Gryffindor.
Hufflepuff: They value loyalty, fair play, and friendship, and would enjoy movies that exemplify these traits (a sense of loyalty can be found in the Magnificent Seven). I figure they're mainly fans of comedy and romance.
Ravenclaw: Intelligent and creative, they obviously will enjoy films that are smart or filled with detail (including world building in fantasy and sci-fi). This also means they're most likely to enjoy arthouse cinema.
Slytherin: Valuing cunning and ambition, they will like films with characters who exemplify this. I also feel "Edward Scissorhands" would be a good pick, as it tells us to look past harmful stereotypes. Plus, Shape would likely identify with Edward, while Draco Malfoy would greatly identify with "Jojo Rabbit".
