Fabrizio del Wrongo's response to the BBC's list of the greatest examples of American filmmaking. Godfather 1 & 2 were listed as one entry, hence why this list goes to 102 instead of 101. It was 101 because he wanted to include Chimes at Midnight, directed by an American even if not an American film.
