Make no mistake about it, Hollywood loves Halloween: Between the outrageous costumes, over-the-top makeup, and story lines with wild changes, the October holiday provides a good excuse for EW's favorite TV shows to indulge a little.

One would think "dressing up and pretending to be someone you're not" is everyone's job in this town. A solid Halloween episode is more than just a change of clothes though, and EW's favorites move the entire story of the show forward among all of the spooky silliness.
