D's Well-Read Reading List

These are all of the books I've read which are found on "well-read" type of book lists, or that people may consider as counting towards making someone well-read. There are other books over read which I would personally consider as counting towards this, but I know not everyone would. Also, I included picture books but I'm not sure they would fit everyone's standard of the more classic/well-read category of picture books - I'm from the UK and have noticed quite a difference in picture books in the UK and USA for example.
Also, the list is in roughly the order I read the books, which is why some seem to be in random places.
