100 science fiction novels that stand out as representative of the genre. Like most authors, I'm also an avid reader, and fan of the genres I write in. Science fiction should evoke a sense of curiosity and wonder. It can give us hope for the future, or caution us about the pitfalls of certain paths. Personally, though, I admit that what I love most are the aliens, and the ecosystems of other worlds. How many of these have you read?
