Disappointing Cities

For a variety of reasons—lack of cultural draws beyond single gimmicks, unavoidable traffic jams, unsafe walking, uninspiring or inaccessible food scenes, consumerist dystopias, narcissistic or missing locals, general soullessness, or just unsubstantiated hype—these 25 cities really disappointed me. Clearly I wouldn't return. Are influencers just paid to promote them or do others here see other charms? Are there other disappointing cities you'd replace them with?
