Dawn and Joy's Read Around the World List 2020

We are currently doing a Read Around the World challenge - the criteria is that the AUTHOR must be from the country of origin, not the story based in a particular country [as you can have any yahoo then writing a book about a place they probably have never been]. The list below starts with Afghanistan and ends with Zimbabwe. We got the list of countries from a blog about this very thing. We have done a bunch of buddy reads so for a few places, the same book counts for both of us. This has been an amazing experience and we have read some books that we would never even have looked at because of it. Looking forward to the day we finish the list!!
