This is a tribute to my daughter's boyfriend, David, who is currently being held in quarantine on Rottnest Island off the coast of Western Australia. It took about 7 weeks from him to get a return flight to Aussie land from South Africa.
These are works of South African authors that are discussed in "The Complete Review Guide to Contemporary World Fiction" (M.A. Orthofer, 2016). They include those of Nobel prize-winning authors Nadine Gordimer & J.M. Coetzee.
BTW, if the intention of book covers is to capture the colours of a country, then these do quite well.
