Spain's gastronomy has a lot to offer to the world, yet to the eyes of the foreigners it seems that there isn't much more beyond tortilla de patatas, jamón serrano, gazpacho and paella, which is absolutely far from true!
As a Spaniard, I have done my best to make a comprehensive list of some of the most typical Spanish dishes, from tapas and appetizers to main courses and desserts.
Some are more linked to a particular region of the country or might be harder to find outside the holiday season they belong to (Navidad, Semana Santa, etc.), but I think that in the end this list could be useful if you are planning to improve and enlarge your food experience in your next travel to Spain.
