Comics From the Silver and Bronze Ages of Comics - Page 3

I've been reading comics for over 60 years now. This list of 300 features some of my favourites from the first +20 years of reading (early 60s to early 80s). I've tried not to include comics less than 40 years old but a couple may have snuck through. You'll notice I like group of superheroes and certain creators - both writers and artists. There are many classics from DC and Marvel in here but also a smattering from other comic companies - including Charlton, Tower, MLJ/Archie, Dell and Gold Key. The vast majority are American but a few British comics of real quality are also here. Likewise nearly all are superhero comics but a few humour , sci/fantasy and horror comics are there too. Glad to say I still have many of these comics in my reading collection. They remind me of when joy came in vibrant colours and cost less than 5p!
