Books That Deserve to Make the SF Masterworks List Someday

Flicking through the current SF Masterworks List, I was wondering what books will be on it in the future - here are some possibilities. I've been a little generous with genre descriptions, but I think books can belong to more than one genre, and all of these have a strong science fiction element. For the sake of brevity, I have only listed book one of any given series.
