Books Read in School: K to Grad School

Here is the list of books I remember reading for school, kindergarten through grad school, as a non literature or English degree student. I'm sure I'm missing some.
The fairy tales are from my elementary Spanish classes, as we did a play each year.
7th - freshman year we had English class where we read a couple books each year, sophomore - senior year we had literature classes and read a lot.
In undergrad I took a history through literature class, Spanish children's lit class, and a sub-Saharan African anthropology class where we read some books.
And in grad school I studied dietetics and food policy.
