Birds on the Wisconsin Review List

This is a list of the rarest birds ever to be seen in Wisconsin; if one should encounter any of these species in the state (or any other species new to Wisconsin), documentation should be submitted to the Wisconsin Society for Ornithology (WSO) for review.
