I like this idea of a reverse bucket list. Rather than writing down all of the things you hope to one day achieve, in a reverse bucket list you write down a list of all the things you've already accomplished, things that make you feel proud. For me, some of these are everyday-kind-of things, others are once-in-a-lifetime experiences. See how many things you've done as you take a look at this list, and perhaps write up your own list of achievements ... I bet you've done a whole heap of wonderful things :)
