Best Rom Coms 1980-2019

Putting this list together, made me questions, what do I consider a rom com? Does it have to have a happy ending? Does it have to be more comedic than dramatic? Does it have to contain a traditional romantic relationship? Some of these may not be on other rom-com lists due to these questions, but I added them to mine anyway.
