Books in Every State of the United States - Page 4

Three or more books per state, including classics, Pulitzer Prize winners, Newbery Award winners, bestsellers, mysteries, thrillers, memoirs and children's books. I have tried to include most of the best-known books set in each state, although for some like New York, I could only choose a selection or it would take over the list! I have also endeavored, wherever possible, to include a diverse selection of books by authors of varied culture and background.
Go ahead and check off the state if you've read any books set in the state, regardless of whether they are on the list or not.
Going through various lists and searches as I put this list together, I found many books that I was not previously familiar with, now on my to-read list! I hope this list will introduce you to new reads as well and may you have a great literary road trip! ;-)
