Whilst looking for images for my Chinese Menu I found this recipe image.
The image was just what I wanted as I was trying to find a picture which looked like the Sweet and Sour Pork from a Chinese takeaway - not the typical Westernised version.
Looking through my recipes and cookbooks I could not find a traditional Chinese recipe, therefore I returned to the image I found in order to cook that one.
The recipe is from 'How to Feed a Loon' and hopefully the link will work for those that wish to read the recipe and article (it is the first time I have added a link to a list - after a couple of attempts the system accepted it!)
