Annie's . . . Crispy Turkey Fajita Meal

A random short list of what my husband and I ate last night. (8/3/25)
This meal was based on a shop bought Fajita kit, but I tweaked the instructions slightly:
- We used turkey instead of chicken.
- I used a mixture of chilli oil and sun-dried
tomato oil to mix the crumbs for coating the
strips.
Sun-dried tomato oil, you ask? Yes, I always save the oil when I have used all the tomatoes - a useful oil flavour.
With the addition of the sun-dried tomato oil it added to the flavouring of the coating and the turkey.
The turkey strips were then Air-Fried - lovely and crisp on the outside, yet tender on the inside.
The beer was hubbies choice - yes we still have a few Christmas beers left!
Bon Appetit
