Annie's Cooking Ingredients - Page 9

To accompany and complement my recently published 'Foods Eaten in January'.
Usually I keep a wide range of fresh, frozen, tinned, bottled, preserved and dried food items in the house in order to always be able to prepare a wide range of meals, except recently (see January Food list).
My cupboards have been looking a little empty, therefore I have started restocking with foods that I usually cook with and eat.
Always being adventurous with food, I have purchased some food items that I have not tried before, along with different types of bread flour, seasonings and baking chocolate from several supermarkets in order to compare taste and how they perform.
The alcoholic drinks listed are ones that I am currently using for culinary purposes and yes they are drunk as well - you never cook with alcohol you don't like.
Enough of me rambling on, enjoy perusing my kitchen cupboards.
Bon Appetit!
