There may be some that I'm forgetting, like more Barbie movies or something (I almost didn't include those, but, since I've seen them, they should be counted), but this is everything that I could think of at this time.
I've also included a few animated/live-action movies, since the majority of each of them is animated, and even though A Scanner Darkly was filmed in live-action and painted over in post, it counts as a form of animation.
