All in Order: Goodreads Top 101 Novels - Page 2

This is an alternative version to "The Average Goodreads Member Has Only Read 16 Out of These 101 Books". It restores the order of the books to that on the website, which I feel is important because the actual rankings of the works by the Goodreads Serious Literature Group are particularly controversial.
It also corrects some minor errors, restoring books with multiple works within them (Items 50 & 64). I also think this version uses prettier icons.
