Albums by the Rollins Band

The Rollins Band (1987-2006) initially consisted of Henry Rollins (vocals), Chris Haskett (guitar), Andrew Weiss (bass), and Simeon Cain (drums), and was formed in 1987 after Rollins left Black Flag in 1986. Melvin Gibbs replaced Andrew Weiss on bass in 1994. After the album Come In and Burn in 1998, Rollins disbanded the original band and released two albums (Get Some, Go Again and Nice) with the band Mother Superior as the second incarnation of the Rollins Band. A final tour with members Haskett, Cain, and Gibbs occurred in 2006, after which Rollins expressed his desire to focus on spoken word performances. I saw the Rollins Band several times and they were one of the best live bands I've ever seen. To this day they are one of my favorite bands.
