A Lit Prof Just Likes These Books! - Page 2

The list reflects both my interests and work. I teach American Lit so the list tilts hard that way. Nothing from before the 19th century. No poetry. No book series. No individual short stories, but a few collections. A handful of play scripts. Some children's lit. A touch of non-fiction.
If something you cherish isn't here, then I didn't like it or I haven't read it. The latter is more likely. There is always more to read.
