70 of the Best of Post-1970s Western Movies

Production of western genre films slowed considerably after the seventies. This hasn't stopped filmmakers turning out some gems since though. The films included here are a mix of a selection taken from studying the user scores on Rate Your Music, selecting films with an average above 3 stars (not much gets above that on that website) and a reasonable amount of ratings (50 minimum) and a few that are a personal opinion that don't meet the prior criteria (not enough ratings, or don't deserve the sub-3 star average score).
