60 Films Involving Mental Illness

List of 60 films that either are about mental illness or a lead or supporting character suffers from one. Autism is not a mental disorder so Rain Man and the like are not here. A large portion of films get it wrong, or are over the top, but the films below involve known mental illnesses that exist or are often misunderstood by the mainstream. Psychopathy is included here, but that splits into several different areas being why its included here in a couple films for obvious reasons.
