58 Films Randomly Selected From Industrial Light & Magic: The Art of Special Effects

I was intending this to be part of my "100 Films Randomly Selected..." series, but there weren't enough films in this book! As it is, this is all but one of the films mentioned in Industrial Light & Magic: The Art of Special Effects by Thomas G. Smith. The one exception is what seems to be a student film made by one of the effects techs that I couldn't find much information about, so I assume it's not something that it would be possible to watch. This book was first published in 1986, and at the time of completion ILM had only worked on 19 films, so all of the other films listed are non-ILM films that are mentioned either in relation to the history of special effects or the history of various people who had worked for ILM.
