These are most of the foods and drinks I consumed throughout 2022. How many have you sampled? I'm based in the UK but enjoyed local cuisine in Singapore, Luxembourg and Germany, as well as various different world cuisines (and British foods) here in the UK.
I've included ingredients that aren't eaten or drunk on their own, e.g. flour, suet, spices etc., and included drinks that I only had as an ingredient in a food dish rather than as a drink (beer and sherry, for example). In addition I've included things such as cassava that I didn't eat as a vegetable but provides an ingredient I did eat (in the case of cassava, tapioca starch).
P.S. New items I tried but didn't like: century egg, stingray, chrysanthemum tea. Wasn't wild about jellyfish, baby octopus or oyster omelette either.
