Peter's Best First Watches - 2021

This is a list of the 40 best films I saw during the 2021 calendar year. These films were selected from a list of nominees that included 80 films. It was a wonderful time to be a cinephile and watch all of these films. Unfortunately, 2022 is not going to be as great for film viewing as the need to set myself up for life success (completing graduate school, seeking employment and housing, etc.) will have to take precedence for the foreseeable future.
